In this week’s poll, we asked the Invstr community if they’d be up for a vaccine inoculation. Based on the looks of it, half of the voters are worried about the side effects it could have on people’s body and health.
There are many strong opinions and conspiracies surrounding the idea of vaccine inoculation in general. And with the growing mistrust of the media and “fake news”, it is interesting to see that so many people are concerned about what will happen when the time comes.
Just under a third of voters are ready to get in line and trust that the idea of vaccine inoculation is good for society. With many countries going back into a restricted style living due to the virus, it comes as no surprise that citizens are looking for any way to put these crazy times behind us. For these people, if that means large scale immunization, so be it.
Lastly, 18% of the people who voted this week are completely against the idea. It would be cool to know if this means data translates to vaccine inoculation in general or if it is strictly based on today’s coronavirus. Do people really lack trust in governments, doctors and researchers to that extent?
