This week, we asked the Invstr Community what their opinion is on who the victor of the potential fight between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg will be. The winner, with almost half of the votes, was the 49 percent of Invstrs who believe that Tesla CEO Elon Musk will win the bout. Although the alleged fight began as social media banter, several believe there are realistic chances these two could face the octagon. UFC CEO Dana White made comments earlier in the week stating both participants have reached out to him and are willing to settle the debate. Now, this may come as a surprise, but if the two would ever face Musk would stand and weigh in on top of the Meta king. At six-foot-one inch and close to 200 pounds, Mr.Tweet has a height advantage of over five inches and a weight advantage of close to 50 pounds. Even recently, Musk was reported to be training in martial arts with popular podcaster Lex Fridman. Before the spontaneous sparring session, Musk was quoted as saying he believes Zuckerberg has the best chance to win. Claiming to eat a donut every day for breakfast, Musk added that the extent of his exercise routine consists of lifting up his kids and throwing them in the air.
In second place, we have the 26% of Invstrs who believe that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg will take the belt at the end of the match. In the past years, Mark Zuckerberg famously pursued martial arts to add a hobby to his lengthy resume. In 2023, “The Eye of Sauron” won two medals in his first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament, showing his intellectual prowess isn’t the only domain he can compete in. Zuckerberg himself escalated the friendly taunting after quoting world-class wrestler Khabib by replying “Send me location”. In terms of technique and endurance, several may agree that Zuckerberg currently takes the cake in those areas.
To close out the podium, we have the 25% of Invstrs who are indifferent to the fight, placing their thoughts outside of the ring. In the past two years, gimmick boxing and MMA fights involving celebrities have littered themselves across national television. It is quite plausible that both those who love the art of fighting and even those who just care about their returns have no reason to tune into the brawl between Musk and Zuckerberg.
Do you think there is a realistic chance Musk and Zuckerberg brawl in the octagon? Have fun and see you next time with more poll results!
