Market Recap – September 14th

Markets rebounded with the S&P 500 up 0.34%, the Dow Jones up 0.10%, and the NASDAQ up 0.74%. The heavy selling volume from yesterday dissipated, so markets stayed a little choppy before a strong closing hour. Twilio surprisingly rose by 10 percent after cutting 11 percent of their workforce, but Nucor stock fell by 11 percent after a third-quarter profit warning issued by the company.
