Market Recap – November 14th
Markets had seemed to whipsaw throughout the trading day, while eventually cooling off into the red before the bell. The S&P 500 fell 0.89%, the NASDAQ Composite went down 1.12%, and the Dow Jones dropped 0.63%. Several vaccine and pharmaceutical stocks were up big today, with shares of Moderna specifically rising by 4.57% after claims that their new boosters offer five times as many antibodies compared to previous Covid vaccines. On the losing end, Hasbro was down 9.86% after Bank of America noted unsuccess in reaching board game demand.
