Fresh Frontier โ The Newest IPOs On The Market
With investors waiting to see how the largest, most well-known companies will perform later this month, several have also been excited for the newest companies to be made public on the stock market. Although higher interest rates and recessionary worries have prompted several to delay their public openings, there are both known and relatively unknown names that have made their mark on the exchanges. One of these companies is Texas-born Verde Clean Fuels, which specializes in a very unique method of renewable energy. Through different feedstocks, Verde Clean Fuels transforms organic matter, waste, plastics, and more into a low-carbon renewable gasoline, claiming to have the same effects as removing 60% of all cars on the road.
Another new and popular IPO in the past week has been biotech firm Apollomics, founded in 2015. Apollomics is the newest up-and-comer to attempt to transform the immune system to inhibit cancer. They committed their work to discovering and developing immuno-oncology therapies to treat cancer patients by incorporating updated technologies in tackling specific molecular pathways. Also on the technologically innovative side is the newest IPO from security technology manufacturer Crane NXT. In a new world encumbered by theft, counterfeit, and hackers, Crane NXT focuses on developing micro-optic technology to detect illegitimate activity, protecting several global brandsโ hardware and software from fraud.
With uncertainty continuing to rise across markets, investors should look further into any companyโs financials, whether large or small cap, to determine whether they want to go long or stay short.
