Market Recap – June 27th

Stocks had a better day yesterday, with the futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average gaining 36 points. S&P 500 futures edged up 0.2% and Nasdaq 100 futures rose 0.3%. More broadly, the major averages rallied last week, posting their first positive week since May.

Looking at specific investments we’re watching Valero and Devon. Each of these energy stocks may be seeing volatility in the upcoming weeks.
