Earnings Recap – February 24th

Alibaba Group

Alibaba Group reported its Q3 earnings after the closing bell on Thursday. The company reported adjusted earnings of $2.65 a share on revenue of $38.06 billion, missing expectations, however, the Chinese e-commerce giant did beat on earnings. Analysts expected Alibaba to report adjusted earnings of $2.56 a share on revenue of $38.95 billion.

Moderna, Inc.

Moderna, Inc. reported its Q4 earnings after the closing bell on Thursday. The company reported adjusted earnings of $11.29 a share on revenue of $7.2 billion, beating its top and bottom lines. Analysts expected Moderna to report adjusted earnings of $9.90 a share on revenue of $6.78 billion.
