Tesla Model 3 Tops the Ranking Charts and CrowdStrike Gets Upgraded by Firm
Tesla
Tesla, Inc. is an American electric vehicle and clean energy company. It has become one of the hottest stocks of the past few years with celebrity CEO Elon Musk. Tesla’s current products include electric cars, battery energy storage from home to grid-scale, solar panels, and solar roof tiles, as well as other related products and services. Tesla is also known for going back and forth on accepting cryptocurrency as a form of payment for their cars.
One of the models Tesla has created, and the cheapest is the Model 3 Sedan. The Model 3 was recently ranked first on the Cars.com American-Made Index (created in 2006) which ranks vehicles based on multiple criteria: the number of U.S. factory jobs, location of manufacturing plants, and parts sourcing.
CrowdStrike Holdings Inc.
CrowdStrike is a cybersecurity company that provides cloud workload, threat intelligence, and cyberattack response services. CrowdStrike specifically has a Falcon platform that protects customers against cyberattacks. The stock currently trades at $256.61 as of Tuesday’s market close.
Recently, investment firm Stifel upgraded CrowdStrike to a buy rating pushing in investors and enabling the cybersecurity stock to rally more than 25%. Stifel analyst Brad Reback explained that the company’s rapid growth shows no signs of slowing down soon and could lead to a significant upside for its stock. One reason analysts still see room for growth is because there are still many new customer acquisition opportunities. In fact, the company could still reach a subscription customer count of more than 100,000 overtime.
