Market Recap – August 22nd

Markets opened the week negative with the S&P 500 down 2.14%, the Dow Jones down 1.91%, and the NASDAQ down 2.55%. Ahead of another Fed meeting at Jackson Hole, markets have become jittery as things are very uncertain at the moment. AMC fell by 40 percent as their APE shares made their debut today, but Blue Apron rose by 26 percent following large volume from retail traders.
