Once again, electric car giant Tesla, saw its stock tumble, as it continued to be rocked by investor worries over a renewed risk of conflict between Russia and Ukraine, rising interest rates in the U.S., and the expansion of a recent Model 3 and Model Y recall into China. Tesla shares were down 3% following the news.
Meta Platforms, Inc.
There is no doubt that Meta Platforms faces several issues shareholders have had a lot to worry about recently. The social media giant and parent company to Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp has been in focus this month after it reported weak earnings and an anemic outlook for revenue growth. In the spotlight are fears that users are fleeing its platforms, and that its core advertising business faces intense headwinds amid new online privacy rules. Meta Platform shares have fallen 1.32%.
