Axon Enterprise, a company who makes stun guns and body cameras for law enforcement, reported their 2021 third quarter earnings on Monday. Quarterly earnings per share sat at $1.17 per share, crushing the estimate of 27 cents per share. Furthermore, it exceeded 2020 third quarter earnings of 40 cents per share, and this marks 4 straight quarters of growth in terms of EPS. Revenue numbers also saw an 18 percent beat to $231.99 million, capping off what looks like a very impressive quarter for the business.
Advance Auto Parts
Advance Auto Parts announced their third quarter earnings after the bell closed on Monday. They had earnings per share of $3.21 per share, beating the expectation of $2.78, and beating last yearโs third quarter too. CEO Tom Greco said in a call that they were able to return a lot of cash to their shareholders, and they improved their top-line growth, which was indicated by the balance sheet data they provided. Now, itโs up to investors to interpret the data on how AAPโs future is holding with the current economic conditions.
