Market Recap – June 14th
Markets performed neutral today with the DOW losing around half a percent, the S&P losing around 0.4%, and the NASDAQ gaining about a tenth of a percent. In comparison to the past few days the markets didn’t move much today. Overall, the S&P is down around 22.12% year to date.
Looking at specific investments, we’re watching Revlon and Prologis. Revlon shares crashed over 42% last week, after reports that the cosmetics company was preparing to file for bankruptcy. Prologis saw a smaller drop of around 6%, after the company said that it will acquire its smaller rival Duke Realty in an all-stock deal.
