Market Recap – July 13th
Markets slipped yesterday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average futures shed 117 points, or 0.38%. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 futures also fell around 0.41% and 0.47%, respectively. The reason for this decline appears to be rising fears from traders as they look towards future earnings from major U.S. banks.
Looking at specific investments, we’re watching Netflix and Microsoft, two tech giants that have recently partnered up for Netflix’s ad-supported service. This comes amid struggles for Netflix to maintain and add subscribers.
