Earnings Recap – February 7th
Hasbro reported Q4 earnings on Monday. The American kid’s toy brand reported adjusted earnings of $1.21 per share, beating analysts’ expectations of $0.88 per share. Revenue grew 16.8% from last year to $2.01 billion, beating analysts’ expectations of $1.87 billion. The company also raised its quarterly dividend to $0.70 per share from $0.68 per share.
Chegg reported Q4 earnings on Monday. The American education technology company reported earnings of $0.38 per share, beating analysts’ expectations of $0.34 per share. Revenue grew 1% from last year to $207.5 billion vs analysts’ expectations of $195.2 million. For the full fiscal year of 2022, the company expects revenue between $830 million and $850 million.
