1.  Canopy Growth (#weed-adr)

The “face of weed” in investing circles has just been flushed out of his co-CEO post at the Canadian pot company he founded, Canopy Growth. Bruce Linton has blazed the trail so far for legitimizing the marijuana industry, but claims to have been fired. Will the departure of Bruce Linton prove a buzz kill to the firm? Or is this a premeditated play by its big investor, Constellation Brands? Stakes are high.

2. Walmart (#walmrt)

Alert! Big corporate bust-up at Walmart right now as the retailer somehow manages to lose over a billion dollars a year on e-commerce. Its mistake may be in strategizing brand building, and the buying out of other online businesses like Bonobos and Modcloth. The latter could soon be sold off at a loss, prompting a management shake-up as the firm struggles to keep up with Amazon.
