Earnings Recap – November 30th
Box reported Q3 earnings on Tuesday. The company reported adjusted earnings of $0.22 per share vs. $0.21 per share as expected by Wall Street. Revenue was $224 billion vs. $218.5 million as expected by Wall Street. Revenue rose 14% year-over-year. In Q4, the company expects revenue between $227 million to $229 million and adjusted earnings of $0.22 to $0.23.
Salesforce reported Q3 earnings on Tuesday. On a non-GAAP basis, the company reported earnings of $1.27 per share vs. analysts’ expectations of $0.92 per share. Revenue rose 27% to $6.86 billion, beating analysts’ expectations of $6.8 billion. In fiscal year 2022, Salesforce expects sales of $26.39 billion to $26.4 billion, up 24%, and earnings of $4.68 to $4.69 per share. Wall Street expects revenue of $26.33 billion and earnings $4.42 per share.
